Number Evaluation Notes

1. This course is designed around a hybrid concept of instruction and will

consist of 1 hour outside of the classroom and 2 hours inside. Students will
be given access to videos, notes and additional online materials during the
1 hour outside of class time. Students will be provided with the same files
used in the demonstration videos so that they will be able to follow along
at their own pace. The 2 hour classroom instruction will consist of a
lecture, demonstration and hands on activities followed by a lab. Student
collaboration will be encouraged.

2. Online only sections of this course will conduct all evaluation criteria
(assignments and projects) online and in a time designated by the
instructor.

3. An interim mark will be determined for all first year students to identify
their academic progress. This mark will be based on the results of Project 1
and assignments completed up to the mid-term date.

4. Late Assignments & Projects - Please see Section XI: Course Specific
Policies and Expectations for details on late submissions.
