I have completed Master of Human Resource Management from Shree J.M. Patel Institute of
Social Work affiliated to Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat with first class in
April 2013. Afterwards, I have started my professional career as a Coordinator in HR &
Administration with Technodot Engineers Ltd, Ahmedabad from November 2013 to December
2014. Then after, I have worked as Assistant – HR & Administration in Fluid Logic Systems Pvt.
Ltd., Ahmedabad from December 2014 to July 2015.Further, I joined UTI Worldwide India Pvt
Ltd, Kheda as Jr. HR Executive from July 2015 to August 2016. My major responsibilities were To
Recruit & Select candidates, Joining Formalities, conducting Training & Development, Labour
Welfare, Payroll & Compensation, Vendor Management, Exit Formalities. But, my duties were
limited and it was mainly on administration. Therefore, I wish to upgrade myself and expand my
knowledge internationally in particular Human Resource management field. So I quit my job and
decided to fly Canada for my further studies.

Thus, I realized that my potential in this sector is pretty competitive and I have foundation
knowledge about human resource management. So, now I want to have Specialization in Human
Resource field. Moreover, I am also having keen interest in corporate sector, where I can get
exquisite opportunities for work. So, I decided to pursue a Post Diploma Program Human
Resource Management offered by College of New Caledonia, British Columbia Canada.

This Post-Diploma Program in Human Resources Management will provide me with the
opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of human resources management topics. The
program curriculum is particularly designed to ensure me with the knowledge necessary to obtain
the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation. Nowadays, the demand of human
resource professional is increasing rapidly in almost every sector. So, I will gain the knowledge
they require to become effective supervisors, executives, and officers, managers, or Human
Resources professionals in Canada.

After finishing this program, I will be equipped with multidisciplinary skills that can be applied in a
variety of careers in the field. This program consists of Subjects like Strategic Human Resources
Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources Management Practicum, Industrial
Relations, Management Skills for Supervisors, Performance Management, Recruitment and
Selection

Eventually, I deeply believe that the excellence of the program, along with my capabilities and
motivation, will help me to attain my destination.
