injuries in Violation of Art. 263 of the Revised Penal Code, against JUAN
SISON of Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur, Philippines, which took place in
Sambog, Corella, Bohol, Philippines, and within the preliminary jurisdiction
of the Honorable Hearing Office.

Attached hereto are the Complaint-Affidavit of the undersigned and the

pertinent documents attached thereto.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that information for serious

physical injuries in Violation of Art. 263 of the Revised Penal Code, against
JUAN SISON of Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur, Philippines.
