    The Secretary of the RDC IX TWG received an email dated December 10, 2018 with attachments regarding the Report of the RDC IX Technical Working Group reviewing the proposed Bayanihan Federalism. After reviewing the draft report and annexes, the Regional Director found the report to be comprehensive and reflective of their meetings. Their comments on the assigned provision of Article XVIII on family in the proposed Bayanihan Federal Constitution were included in Annex 3, so they had no additional comments to improve the report.

    Review of the Proposed Bayanihan Federalism

    Dear Sir:

    This is to confirm the receipt of your e-mail dated 10 December 2018 and its attachments
    regarding the Report of the RDC IX Technical Working Group for the Proposed Bayanihan
    Federalism.

    After perusal of the draft report and its annexes, we find the same to be comprehensive and
    reflective of the discussion that transpired during our meetings. We are pleased to note that
    our comments on our assigned provision, Article XVIII-The Family of the proposed
    Bayanihan Federal Constitution, has been included in the report as Annex 3 thereof. Thus,
    we no longer have any additional comments/recommendation for the enhancement of the
    report.
