GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Registration will be from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.


• Registration fee
➢ Participants (Two day events) : 300/- per person
➢ Non Participants : 250/- per person
• Student ID card/ authorization letter from college is mandatory for
registration.
• All the participants are required to bring electronic gadgets as per the
event requirements.
• Multiple teams can participate from the same college.
• Each event has specific guidelines which should be abided by the
participants.
• Transportation facility will be available in the college bus routes on
scheduled time.
• Any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and will lead to
disqualification.
• We will not be liable for your personal belongings.
• All students are expected to maintain self-discipline inside the campus.
• Decision of the judges/coordinator will be the final.

EVENTS GUIDELINES
1. MINISTRO VOSTOK (BEST MANAGER)
➢ No of participants : 1.
➢ Participant should not participate in any other events.
➢ Formal dress code has to be strictly followed during the event.

2. MINISTRO MECADEO (MARKETING GAME)


➢ No of participants : 4
➢ All teams are required to bring laptops.

➢ No of participants : Maximum 2
➢ Electronic gadgets are prohibited.

➢ No of participants : 4
➢ Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
➢ Program coordinator has the full authority to take decision at any time based

6. MINISTRO UNICO (SPECIAL EVENT)


➢ It’s a single day event.
➢ No of participants : 2
➢ Event will be based on the theme of AGORA.
➢ Participants should bring their own laptops and necessary devices.

7. MINISTRO TRATOO (SPOT EVENTS)


➢ All the spot events are single day events.
➢ Registration fee is 150/- per head.
• Spot Photography
➢ Only individual participants are allowed.
➢ SLR/DSLR’s are mandatory.
➢ Theme will be declared on the spot.
➢ Time allowed: 10.30 AM to 3.00 P.M

➢ Minimum 3 and maximum 5 members in a team.
➢ Performance time: 5 – 10 minutes.
➢ Participants can choose songs and properties themselves.
