and guidelines established in this packet apply to all BTS students who have been identified as
Potential Graduates regardless of their current grade level. This means that they have been scheduled into the
appropriate coursework to complete their diploma requirements by cither the Spring 2019 or Summer 2019
Commencement Ceremony. PLEASE CHECK THE SCHOOL WEBSITE REGULARLY FOR ANY CHANG!

Participation in any BTS activities is dependent on maintaining good academic, attendance, and behavior
Standing. Administration will review the list of participating students prior to each event and may determine
that you are not eligible to participate. AU activity cost/fees are nonrefundable if you are ineligible to
participate due to academic, attendance or behavioral issues.
Winter Graduate Parent Night

Join us for a host of mini-sessions to get information about colleges,
financial aid, and an update on graduation events. You will be able to
select three mini-sessions to attend, ask questions, and get valuable
information for your transition after high school. Please RSVP by
calling (904) 924-3469, Adendance/Participation will earn each graduate an
ulitional 2 tehets for the commencement ceremony.

‘Steps for Callege/University Admissions & Financial Aid: This workshop
is designed to help potential graduates and their parents know what steps
they need to take to be admitted and pay for any post-secondary
institution, Students of all grade levels are invited to attend and parents
are encouraged to attend with their student. Please come prepared to
participate in exploring your future. RSVP is required for this event.

Join us for “A Night in the Greece” to celebrate your achievements. All BTS
potential graduates and any student classified as a junior or senior may purchase
tickets to attend. One non-BTS guest is allowed per student with a guest
approval form. See your Assistant Principal for the approval form. All guest
approval forms must be submitted to your Assistant Principal by March 18%.
Guest tickets may not be purchased until ater the approval form has been
reviewed and accepted. Each person must have a ticket and ID to enter. Tickets

Grad Bash @ Universal Studios
Saturday, April 26th

Students may choose to attend Grad Bash with the BTS group for
$145.00. The bus will depart from the Bridge main campus (1157 Golfair
Blvd) at 4:00 pm on April 26". Tickets must be purchased by April 6"
and are non-refundable once purchased. We have limited bus seats
available so this first-come, first-serve event. All students must bring,
a photo ID to attend the event, Strict dress-code criteria and prohibited
items list will be provided to participating students the week prior. These
are the rules established by Universal Studios and will be strictly
enforced for the safety of all students attending. No refunds will be given
for students who miss the bus or who are not allowed to board the bus for
failure to follow the guidelines provided- including having a photo ID.

Discovering Student Life in College: This workshop is designed to help
students and parents with the transition from high school to college.
Specific discussion of how to navigate a college campus, what resources
to look out for, how to meet with your college advisor, living
independently, managing your time and money and more will be
included. Students of all grade levels are invited to attend and parents are
encouraged to attend with their student, RSVP is required for this event,

Rehearsal is MANDATORY for all graduates in order to participate in
the Commencement Ceremony. Students may choose to arrange their
‘own transportation to rehearsal or use one of the buses provided from
designated BTS sites. If you need help arranging transportation, please
see the Assistant Principal and/or CIS representative at your site prior to
the last day of school for seniors.

Doors for families and guests open at 6:00 pm, No one will be permitied
enter after 6:50 pm. Graduates must arrive no later than 5:30 pm and

Event Prices & Graduate Payment Package:
All Potential Graduates (June & August) must pay for the basie senior package. his package includes your cap
& gown, diploma/certificate, diploma cover, participation in the on-site graduate activities, the Senior Awards,
Ceremony, and a Senior T-shirt. Participation in these activities will be open to all Potential Graduates who
have paid or have started the payment process via the online payment portal. All other events may be selected
when you are setting up your payment plan online or you may purchase tickets to these events prior to the
published deadlines above. Please make every attempt to make your payments using a credit card on the online
payment system. We can accept cash, money order or personal check but these will only be accepted at each
site during specifically schedule times.
Basic Package ($100.00): cap/gown, diploma/certificate, diploma cover, February on-site
activity, awards ceremony and a senior t-shirt. Required for all Potential Graduates.
Grad Bash: $145.00 per person. Only Potential Graduates may attend. Strict dress code and other guidelines
