• Established asset management and disposition program for this $5 billion institution
• Maintained direct responsibility for liquidating a $550 million portfolio of delinquent loans, foreclosed
commercial and residential real estate assets for this $5 billion institution
• Directly managed a distressed commercial bank loan portfolio and real estate construction loans
• Managed a direct staff of 27 people
• Sold off $350 Million of assigned assets before leaving, which was well ahead of schedule
