Cases
I was responsible for designing and operating the most advanced version of DPA, which is a dynamic
product remarketing tool based on the user's previous behavior on the website and recency of the
product view by Magazine Luiza - already aired among all major players Retailers in Brazil
(information provided by Facebook itself at the time), this provided a share of sales that helped
record sales during Black Friday in 2015.
In 2016, I recently participated in a strategic consultancy to upgrade the DPA to another retail giant
(Grupo B2W) for the Americas.com, Submarino and Shoptime brands.
In the same year of 2015, through successful multi-channel work that I did on Facebook, my Agency
won a portion of Magazine Luiza's off-line account, which converted part of the annual investment
in digital TV which at the time equaled 10 times the amount invested during the works focused
entirely on performance.
Also in 2015, I was responsible for an online media project for Banco Itaú which consisted in
dissemination of services allied to retail partners - focused on credit card applications to promote
the sales of online products. We worked with the same indicators and goals of other partners of the
bank and in the end, we obtained the best cost per request and the best quality of the requested
user. This enabled the bank to migrate more investment into the campaign, generating even greater
volume of leads and consequently sales to the partner retailer. Due to the outcome of the media
campaign, Itaú was presented by Facebook with a bonus coupon that further boosted the results.
