Dear Sir,

I would like to propose to be one of the 3rd Batch SEA-TVET Students Internship
Exchange Programme. I am the student of Surabaya State Electronics Polytechnic majoring in
Industrial Electrical Engineering. Now, I am seventh semester.

I am glad knowing the announcement of SEA-TVET Students Internship Exchange

Program. I have been waiting this opportunity. It is my dream joining in SEA-TVET Student
internship Exchange Programme since I would like to enhance global competitiveness,
knowledge and technical skills. I’m sure by joining this program, I will get a lot of it.

Besides that I am able to improve my intercultural understanding, regional

perspectives and English communication around the people where I stay. It teaches me how
to behave and communicate with people who have different cultural background, so that it
creates a good relationship among us and make me understand other people perspectives
from other country. Furthermore, by using English as a mean of communication, I can improve
my English speaking fluency. We can share many things each other, so I will learn many things,
such as knowledge, technical skills, inter cultural understanding, and many others.

Participating in Student Internship Exchange Programme will give me an opportunity

to develop my knowledge and skills. It is important to prepare me facing global competitive
era. As we know science and technology are developing rapidly nowadays. Moreover, I am
able to give the contribution to develop my country. I want to be a man having benefits for
many people.

I am also willing to contribute with leadership and teamwork abilities. I tend to take
charge in social and profesional situatons. I consider myself a natural human mover and good
leader. It based on my experience on joined Executive Council of Student as Head of Student
Resources Ministry and participated some soft skills training. Through my soft skills and
organzational experience, I achieved a scholarship that given by Djarum Foundation which one
of the best scholarship provider in Indonesia.

Based on my explanation above, I really hope to be one of the 3 rd Batch SEA-TVET

Students Internship Exchange Programme. If I get the chance joining this programme, I am
willing to obey the rules that have been stipulated, learning seriously, good and active
participant and of course having responsibility.

It would be grateful if I have an opportonity to be the one of trusted students that

participate in Student Internship Exchange Programme. It would be a pleasure to learn with
other students from different countries and having a good frienship with them. I should be
very grateful if you could grant me an interview so that I can explain further information.
