been reasonable housing within the community chosen to measure. The report concludes that

Table 1 shows that, the average value of Primary real estate of west mount is highest and Saint-
Bruno-de-Montarville average value of Primary real estate is cheaper. In my study I found that
average rent for 2 bedroom apartment in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville is lowest in comparison
with Mount Royal and west mount. In west mount the rent of 2 bedroom apartment is almost
double than the Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and 75% more than the Mount Royal.
The Home to Income Ratio for West Mount & Mount Royal is approximately the same, while
that of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville is Approximate 2 times less than the other two cities.
It can be seen clearly from the result that Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville city is more affordable for
middle class families because it is affordable to rent or buy homes in this city.

the same in all city. Mount Royal has highest property tax rate as compare to West Mount and
Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.
In nutshell, the People who live in mount Royal had to pay more for the Property tax annually.

This data reveals that West mount had the highest number of Doctor Offices which Provides
highest no. of health services to the People. It is 5 times more than Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville
while the Family doctor per (100,000) is not so bad. The Family doctor per (100,000) is similar
in West Mount and Mount Royal.
In conclusion, more number of employees in Health Care is available in West Mount to take care
the Patients.

This data show that Crime rate in West Mount and Mount Royal had the Same While in the
Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville has less crime ratio. Middle class people want to reside that area
where Crime ratio is less. So, according to this study I found Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville felt
safe to Resides because of Low Crime Ratio.
 Discussion
It can be seen clearly from the result that Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville city is more affordable for
middle class families because it is affordable to rent or buy homes in this city. Average rent for 2
bedroom apartments in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville is lowest in comparison with Mount Royal
and West Mount. The Home to Income Ratio for West Mount & Mount Royal is approximately
2 times higher than of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Conclusion
Renting or Buying a house for middle Class people is more affordable if they select Saint-Bruno-
de-Montarville city as Average rate of rented or buying house is lower than other city; In term of
Heath services West Mount Provides more Doctor Offices and health care services. For middle
class people who did not pay tax back in their hometown, taxation could be a very important
factor to pick a city to live.
In conclusion, according to three criteria discussed above, the best place for middle class Family
to live in Quebec is the city of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville
