2.1 Arabic Printed Certificate

2.1.1 Introduction

The customers that get test services can any VTC will receive their certificates printed only in English, but some customers
need their certificates to be printed in Arabic.
2.1.2 Purpose

CIS should meet the different needs of the customer in printing the certificate in different languages (Arabic and English).

2.1.3 As-Is Study

The current feature that are within the scope of this CR are:

CIS System enable VTC user to print the certificate only in English, and this
can be done from “Collect Inspection Fees” page (after the customer pay all

the services fees) and from the “vehicle testing history” page (that allow
reprinting the certificate)
