Gambaran Pola Makan dan Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan pada Ibu Hamil di Kelurahan

Tanjung Duren Utara Periode Mei 2016

Abstrak

Angka kejadian kematian ibu yang tinggi di Indonesia. Data hasil survei Demografi dan Kependudukan
Indonesia (SKDI) 2012 menyebutkan terdapat angka kematian ibu (AKI) yang cukup drastis dari 228 per
100 ribu kelahiran menjadi 359 per 100 ribu kelahiran. Masalah gizi yang sering dihadapi ibu hamil yaitu
Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) dan anemia gizi. Menurut Depkes RI tahun 2013, prevalensi ibu hamil
KEK yaitu 24,2%. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2010 terdapat 13,91%
ibu hamil KEK (Depkes, 2013). Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross
sectional di Puskesmas Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Utara Desember 2016. Sumber data primer pada 32 orang
melalui pengisian kuesioner. Sebanyak 100,0% responden ibu hamil didapatkan pola makan tidak baik.
Pengetahuan baik sebanyak 13 responden (40,6%), cukup 16 responden (50,0%), kurang 3 responden
(9,4%). Berpendidikan perguruan tinggi 8 responden (25,0%), SMA/SMK 15 responden (46,9%), SD-SMP
9 responden (28,1%). Pendapatan ≤ 3.000.000 sebanyak 15 responden (46,9%) dan pendapatan > 3.000.000
sebanyak 17 responden (53,1). Pantangan makanan sebanyak 8 responden (25,0%) dan tidak pantang
makan sebanyak 24 responden (75,0%). Riwayat antenatal care yang teratur sebanyak 32 responden
(100,0%).

Abstract

The incidence of high maternal mortality in Indonesia. Survey data Demography and Population Indonesia
(SKDI) in 2012 mentioned are the maternal mortality rate (MMR) quite dramatically from 228 per 100
thousand births to 359 per 100 thousand live births. Nutritional problems of pregnant women are often
faced with Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) and nutritional anemia. According to the MOH in 2013, the
prevalence of pregnant women KEK ie 24.2%. Based on data from the Central Java Provincial Health
Office in 2010 there were 13.91% of pregnant women KEK (Depkes, 2013). The study used a descriptive
design with cross sectional approach in Tanjung Duren Utara Urban Village Puskesmas in December
2016. The primary data source at 32 through questionnaires. A total of 100.0% of respondents obtained
maternal diet is not good. Good knowledge of as many as 13 respondents (40.6%), just 16 respondents
(50.0%), less than 3 respondents (9.4%). College educated 8 respondents (25.0%), SMA / SMK 15
respondents (46.9%), primary and junior 9 respondents (28.1%). ≤ income 3,000,000 as many as 15
respondents (46.9%) and revenue> 3,000,000 as many as 17 respondents (53.1). Food taboos by 8
respondents (25.0%) and did not abstain from eating as much as 24 respondents (75.0%). A history of
regular antenatal care as much as 32 respondents (100.0%).
