2 This drawing presents the conceptual design only where as detailed drawings shall be prepared by an approved
Consultant and shall be approved by the relevant department at DOT and/or the relevant municipality as appropriate.

3 The accesses to the development, proposed external road and local mitigation measures shall be constructed by the
Segregation Housing unit developer at his own expense before the opening of the development in accordance with Articles 4 and 5 of Abu Dhabi
Executive Council Resolution 13 of 2011.

4 The calculated parking requirement of 57 parking spaces must be 100% fulfilled under Parking Law 18,2009.
Parking shortfall from the approved number of parking spaces (57 spaces) will subject to a 50,000 AED fee per shortfal
of parking space (Executive Order # 5 C 21/2010).

5 As per Resolution 13/2011, the developer will be required to contribute towards the cost of the regional mitigation
measures. The timing of this payment requirement is linked to the implementation program of regional mitigation

projects and may therefore be before or after the completion of this development (to be advised by DOT).

6 The DOT will conduct an inspection upon completion of the project where all DOT requirements must be fulfilled

3.00 7 DOT reserve the right to modify or shift the access points to the proposed development or internal roads in case of
future upgrades in adjacent streets are required or in case the proposed access points create traffic safety or
