This employee mutual fund (FCPE) is managed by AMUNDI ASSET MANAGEMENT, an Amundi Group company

Investment policy and objectives

The employee mutual fund is a bridge employee mutual fund. It has been created to subscribe to the capital increase reserved for employees and
retired former employees of the international subsidiaries of the Total Group.
By subscribing to the "TOTAL ACTIONNARIAT INTERNATIONAL RELAIS 2018" Fund, you are investing in shares of TOTAL S.A.
Prior to the capital increase, the management objective of the Fund will be to seek a net performance similar to that of the EONIA (Euro Overnight
Index Average) capitalised index less management fees. It will be invested in money market products via undertakings for collective investment in
transferable securities (UCITS) and/or in general investment funds belonging to the classifications “money market” and/or “short-term money
market”. This management involves a risk of capital loss as well as interest rate risk.
However, under certain market situations, such as an extremely low level of the EONIA, the Net Asset Value of the Fund could fall in structural terms
and have a negative effect on the yield of the Fund which could compromise the Fund's goal of maintaining capital.
Following the Fund’s subscription for the capital increase, the objective shall be to follow the performance, whether up or down, of the shares of
TOTAL S.A., in which it will be invested. The Fund will therefore be vulnerable to the risk of capital loss and to a specific share risk due to the
concentration of the investment in the shares of a single company. The Fund will be merged as soon as possible with the “TAIC COMPARTIMENT
A” subfund of the “TOTAL ACTIONNARIAT INTERNATIONAL CAPITALISATION” employee mutual fund, which falls within the category of
employee mutual funds invested in the listed securities of the Company (the shareholder fund’s Key Investor Information Document (KIID) is
attached to this KIID).

Subscription Price determination period: from 14 February 2018 to 13 March 2018*
Subscription Price setting date: 14 March 2018*
Subscription period from 15 March 2018 to 3 April 2018 inclusive*
Date of capital increase: 3 May 2018*
*Provisional dates subject to the decision of the Chief Executive Officer of TOTAL S.A.

For the terms and conditions of reduction in the event of oversubscription, please see the Regulations of the Fund.
The income and net capital gains realised will be consistently reinvested.
You can request redemption of your units on a daily basis. Redemption transactions are executed daily according to the terms and conditions
described in the Fund’s Regulations.

detailed information.
This Fund is not available to residents of the United States of America/ ”US Persons” (the definition can be found on the Management Company's
