    The Undersigned would like to request your good office for uniform exemption during school days;
    Monday to Thursday and including Saturdays. I am an Instructor of a college institution, hence
    working from the institution I am affiliated with and going to UB for my qualifying studies will affect
    the time of travel from one institution to another.

    I hope that in writing this letter you will give consideration on my intention.
