We will use point method in job evaluation because it's widely use, more accurate
and the most important that it can applied to a wide range of jobs.

Brief description of jobs:

Guard: monitor and control staff entrances, conduct regular searches of bags carried by
workers, report any maintenance issues. Requirements: high school graduate, good physical
condition, at least 1 year experience in the same position.

Bearer: carry materials and sewing machines, unload the vehicles, assist in maintaining,
cleaning and carry out any other reasonable requests by the manager. Requirements: good
physical condition.

Tailor: measure, cut & sew materials accurately according to the required specification and
size, carry out basic servicing on the sewing machines that includes cleaning and lubrication
of the machines. Requirements: technical diploma and 3 years of experience in the same
field.

Accountant: manage all accounting operations, develop periodic reports for management,
and keep information confidential, conduct month-end and year-end close process,
responsible for weekly and monthly wages. Requirements: bachelor degree in accounting
and 2 years of experience.

Designer: select fabrics, embellishments, color of the piece, present design ideas, use
computer aided design programs , oversee the final production of the designs.
Requirements: bachelor degree , diploma in design and 3 years of experience

Dep. Supervisor: responsible for recruiting, selection, orienting and training workers,
assigning and monitoring work and ensure efficiency of the department. Requirements:
technical diploma and 10 years of experience.
Manager: general supervision of the day to day operations of the factory, developing
efficiency strategies to achieve the organization goals at minimal manufacturing costs,
institute policies and procedures, giving performance reviews, supervise and manage all the
phases of the production. Requirements: bachelor degree in business administration , MBA
holder ,15 years of experience.
