BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

May-Ann A. Aguilar was born on August 12, 1999 in Silang Cavite.

She is 18 years old and her family calls her “May’’ .

She took her primary education in Bagong Buhay Elementary School and she spent
her secondary in Bulihan National High School at Bulihan Silang Cavite.

She enrolled in Bulihan Integrated Senior High School and took Bread and Pastry
Production. She rendered her OJT at HAP CHAN Restaurant for a total of 200 hours of
training there. She finished her immersion in HAP CHAN Restaurant last April 25, 2018.
Emmarie L. Cerbito was born on September 8, 2001 in Lao-ang Northern Samar. She
is 16 years of age . Her nickname is “Ems” but some her relatives and friends was call her
“Marie”. She is the 2nd daughter of Mrs. Emma Cerbito and Mr. Miguel Cerbito.

She took her primary education in Pangdan Elementary School and she spent her
secondary education in Bulihan National High School at Bulihan Silang Cavite .

She enrolled in Bulihan Integrated National High School and took Bread and Pastry
Production. She rendered her OJT at HAP CHAN Restaurant for a total of 200 hours of
training. She finished her immersion in HAP CHAN Restaurant last April 24 , 2018.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The trainee’s expresses their massive gratitude and appreciation to the following
persons who gave their efforts, supports and advices to make this report possible. Without
them this humble work will not be a success.

To Ms. Jolly Ver Calle, Hap Chan’s Area Manager, for giving them to opportunity to
spend 200 hours of training in their Restaurant and for helping them to gain more
knowledge and new experiences.

To Mr. Jovito S. Mercado , Principal.


Mr. Jaime P. Noceda, Senior High School Coordinator, without their approval the trainee
will not undergo their on-the-job-training.

To Mr. Maximo C. Ameng , our teacher in FBS and OJT Coordinator for his knowledge
to the BPP student and for all his efforts in providing us all the requirements with needed in
OJT training and for all the words , suggestion and assistance during the entire course of
training.

To the employees of HAP CHAN SM Dasmarinas, for their countless teaching,


advices, moral support, and memories we shared together with the trainee’s.

Most of all to their Family , thank you for allowing the trainee’s to undergo their
work immersion and for the love, support financially, spiritually and morally.

Foremost to GOD ,for his guidance everyday especially during the training and
making the OJT training possible for giving them knowledge , wisdom and ability to do the
task they enabled to overcome the pressure and stress of their work but most of all his
unconditional love.
INTRODUCTION

This work immersion is the best way to prepare students on the career they have
choen. It is one of the best ways to make them experience the real work inside the industry
they want to enter. This work immersion makes lessons more realistic through doing the
actual work in a work immersion.

The main objective of this work immersion is to prepare students as they


continue this tract and for the near future. It provides enough experience to prepare
students as they go along the way of their career. The work immersion was in HAP CHAN in
SM Dasmarinas where it is located in Cavite.

The trainee’s objective in doing this work immersion is to gain more


knowledge and skills as well as practice skills that they already have. One of their objectives
too is to experience the actual work that can definitely help them when they already
graduated and start working. The trainee’s start their work immersion March 26,2018 and
finished it on April 24-25, 2018. They completed a total of 200 hours. The training is a
requirement for a student to gain more knowledge and skills, as they can apply it in the
future. They can use this experience as their guidelines in the near future as they start to
enter this kind of industry.
SUMMARY

Work immersion is one of the best ways to train students with actual demonstration
of the work they have chosen. They get to have the chance to experience true work ever
they are still studying. This work immersion helped student to be more knowledgeable and
skillful about the work they want to enter. The trainee was able to apply their equip
management skills in the department that will surely help and guide them in the near
future as they finish studying and start to work.

The training area where the students perform their work immersion played a big role
to complete the experience of the students and teach them more about this king of
industry. Learning become more fun and exciting because of friendly employees who
helped them, guide them, support them and of course teach them to be better and to have
more knowledge that can be used in the future.

The trainees can say that this work immersion really helped them a lot to gain more
knowledge, skills and experience. That may help them in the future as they starts working.
The trainees complete their 200 hours of work immersion that started in March 26,2018
and finished it April 24-25,2018. The trainees had a wonderful experience in temporarily
working on the restaurant where they were assigned. They learned so many things that can
help them in the near future.
