CHICKEN RICE

Ingredients

 1 onion
 minced garlic
 coriander
 1 carrot
 1 corn
 peas
 1 kilo rice
 1 kilo chicken

Salad:
 1/2 onion
 lemon
 Salt

Steps
In a pot, add oil, when hot put the chicken prey with salt and fry. Then remove the prey

Then add the minced garlic, the liquefied coriander. Mix and brown

Then add the dams and add the peas, carrots, corn, water, and mix until are cooked.

Then remove the dams and add the rice. Boil until cooked the rice and finally serve!

Accompany with salad.

Cut the onions; add salt, lemon, and mix.
 PARK OF THE IDENTIDAD - HUANCAYO

This park shows the identity of

Huancayo as a culture, it has
monuments to recognized artists and
images that are part of the history of
the province and city as well as its
folklore. It is very attractive for tourists,
has a very colorful construction and
different to other parks in Peru.

It is located in the neighborhood of

San Antonio belonging to the city of
Huancayo which is a quiet place.

Its construction of the park began the

year of 1992 and finished in 1996.
Its area is 5800 square meters, where
they made use of boulder, quartz,
slab, marble and foam stone so it
seems very consistent with nature.

The professionals in charge of its construction were architects Luis A. Cano

Aliaga and Lucio Mamani Ccalla, complemented with forest engineer Máximo
Jhon Lizárraga, but there are also some 50 other people who were part of the
construction and collaboration to finish it.

The Huancas had a God called Wallalo Karhuancho which is represented in the
main entrance of the park and in the highest part of the tower that is very visible
