GIFT DEED

(Gift from mother to his younger son)

THIS DEED OF GIFT is made on this fifth day of February Two Thousand and Eighteen (05/02/2018) at
Chickballapur, Karnataka, India 562101.

BY

C.N Savithtramma, w/o (late) H.V Srinivas aged about 56 years residing at Honnenahalli, Kasaba,
Chickballapur, Karnataka 562101 (herein after referred to as the “DONOR” which expression shall
whenever the context so admits or requires to be deemed to mean and include her respective legal
representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted assigns);

IN FAVOUR OF

VINAY KUMAR H.S, s/o (late) H.V Srinivas, aged about 31 years, residing at Honnenahalli, Kasaba,
Chickballapur, Karnataka 562101 (herein after referred to as the “DONEE” which expression shall
whenever the context so admits or requires, be deemed to mean and include his respective legal
representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted assigns);

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFT WITNESSTH AS FOLLOWS:

1. In consideration of natural love, affection and reverence which the DONOR for the DONEE who
is her son, and out of her free will and without force, compulsion or undue influence, do hereby
grant, convey transfer, the SCHEDULE A PROPERTY to the DONEE. The Donor has put the DONEE
in possession of the SCHEDULE A PROPERTY and shall henceforth DONEE continue to be in
possession of the SCHEDULE A PROPERTY to have from time to time at all times hereafter
peacefully and quietly enter upon, have hold, occupy, possess and enjoy the property hereby
gifted
2. The DONEE shall hereafter hold and enjoy the same as absolute owners thereof
3. The DONOR covenant with the DONEE that the schedule property is not subject to any lein,
mortgage, court order, injunction, attachment and the same is free from all encumbrances and
that she has got valid, perfect and clear marketable title to the SCHEDULE A PROPERTY
4. The DONEE does hereby accept the Gift offered by the DONOR
5. On the strength of this deed, the DONEE shall be competent to have the Mutation/Khata
transferred in his name and to enjoy the SCHEDULE A PROPERTY
6. The DONOR on this day shared over the possession of the SCHEDULE A PROPERTY to the DONEE

West by: NH7

2. 28 kuntas of land bearing survey number 40/3 of Honnenahalli, Kasaba, Chickballapur,


Karnataka 562101 and bounded as follows
East by: Raj Kaluve, Venkatswamy Naidu
West by: Own land (Survey no. 38), Ramakrishnappa
North by: Chikkonadappa’s land
South by: Venkatanarasimhaiaah’s land

3. 30 feet*40 feet site bearing Housel list number of 204 located at Honnenahalli Kasaba,
Chickballapur, Karnataka 562101 and bounded as follows
East by: 20 feet road
West by: 3rd house number
North by: 8th house number
South by: 6th house number

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both the DONOR and DONEE puts their signatures on the day, month and year
first above written at Chickballapur, Karnataka, in the presence of the witness.
