Fusion dishes types :-


➔ Chicken phuckka – a puri having chicken creamy and spicy flavour with a sauce as
accompaniment.
➔ Angrezi Burger- A bun having a fusion of chicken and egg stuffed with letus and sauces with
accompaniments like dips and chutneys
➔ Gali Wali Roti- A wrap with eggs or chicken or any meat stuffed with a cheesy and silky flavour
with sauces like mayo, bechamel etc

Creative Dishes:-
➔ Indian pocket pizza- A flour stuffed with different non veg flaovrs with a round coin
shaped size comprising of Indian herbs and masala.
➔ Chacha Ki Chips- A flour consistant base with non veg ingridients with indian masala
comprising of pocket size with various geometrical mini shapes.
➔ Sharabi Loog- A wine washed chicken breast/fillet made into a roll with having a egg
dish or prawn dish stuffed inside.

Ethnic dishes:-

➔ Awadhi murg korma - blend of chicken with indian spices herbs , yoghurts ,
rosewater, dry fruits and cream.
➔ Murgh makhni – Blend of chicken with curd butter , indian spices , cream.
➔ Murgh Akbari – Blend of chicken , indian spices , curd ghee and chillies.

Mix match Dishes :-


➔ Hariyali Katorri- A dish comprising of minced or keema chcicken and panner with no
garlic but specific herbs, shurbs and masala

Bakery: -

➔ Different flavours of cake like chocolate cake mango cake rose cake.

➔ Fusion bakery : chocolate cake with strawberry layering, chocolate mose cake , chocolate
cheese cake.
