Phase ONE – Understanding


When?
 Waking up

Why?
 Sad thoughts
 Not having specific tasks
 Unable to motivate myself
 Not having to imperiously go somewhere
 Spending 3hours in bed on facebook/ Instagram
 Needing to connect
How does it affect me?
 Staying up late to solve stuff
 Not doing things on time
 Continuing the day at a slow pace
 Being tired and unenergetic

Phase TWO – Time Management


1. Give yourself time estimates (deadlines)
2. See the reality vs. expectations
3. Adjust

Phase THREE – Perspective Change


Self-Talk Positively!!!
What attracts me to what I do?
 Presents – making people happy
 Films – telling stories :send them to competitions (at least one)
 Youth exchanges – exploration, new perspectives, incubation, growing (asylum video)
 Workout – to look and feel amazing : wear those sweet tight shirts proud
Create a final goal for each little thing!
Focus on learning for the future!

Phase FOUR – Manage and Commit


Goal: 10 points/day
1. Decide at the beginning of each day
2. Cross them out at the end of each day
Environment: distraction free, can be at library with Lay
Tasks:
 Flexible
 Leave free space
 Devote small chunks of time to a big task
 Plan for obstacles (eg. Whenever I open FB, I go for a 10 min break)
 Reward/ Punishment System
