MISSION STATEMENT
PHARMACY
The mission of Faculty of Pharmacy, The
University of Lahore, is to play a pivotal role in
the development and advancement of healthcare
professionals by educating them with quality
education without gender discrimination and
providing ample opportunities to learn and
explore in order to meet the challenges related to
healthcare needs of nation, state, and all over the
world. This will be accomplished by motivating the
students to render their services in order to play a
pivotal role in the health care system in Pakistan
with full devotion, commitment and dedication Our
vision is to be recognized globally for excellence in
innovation, professionalism, education and health
related research

INTRODUCTION
Faculty of Pharmacy at The University of Lahore,
is consisting of over 60 teachers who are
competent to impart professional and technical
education to pharmacy students. Eleven of them
are holding Ph.D degrees from well respect
national and International universities. More than
20 are enrolled in Ph. D program in Pakistan and
abroad, Rest of the faculty members have at least
M. Phil degree in the relevant subject. Faculty
members are striving to the best of their ability to
prepare the students for future challenges through
the development of communication, problem
solving skills, caring, professionalism, innovation,
productivity and moral ethics among students.
