I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
On December 30,2018, Jonathan Crow was taking victim to home address when he started to drive aggressively.
Jonathan continued to slam on his breaks during the entirety of the drive while punching the victim in the
head/face. Jonathan told the victim multiple times to get out of the vehicle while he came to complete stops
after slamming on his breaks. Jonathan then made the victim exit the car as he drove in front of victim's
residence. Victim was afraid Jonathan would continue to harm them if they did not listen, so victim exited the
vehicle. Jonathan then sped away with victim's car after victim had requested multiple times for Jonathan to pull
over so victim could call him a cab. Victim wanted to take the vehicle back.
