Our concert will begin with the 4th and 5th grade orchestras, then the 4th and 5th grade bands, and the chorus
will complete the program. Our musicians will remain in their holding area backstage until the end of the
concert. In order to ensure a safe and organized dismissal, no student will be dismissed without a parent or
guardian present.

The concert is expected to last approximately one hour. Our audience provides inspiration for the
performers and the children have worked very hard. Your support can be demonstrated by remaining for
the entire concert. Please refrain from entering or leaving the auditorium while students are performing.
Applause is the most appropriate form of appreciation.

Your cooperation in all of this is always appreciated. Thank you for your support of your child’s music
education.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Catapano
