In the above-mentioned case, the Petitioner/Accused herein


humbly bet to submits the following petition for enlarging him on bail:-

1. It is alleged that, the petitioner/accused herein committed an offence


punishable under section 302 IPC.

2. That the Petitioner/Accused herein is innocent of the charges leveled


against him.

3. That the Respondent police falsely implicated the petitioner/Accused


herein in the above case for the above alleged offence basing on a false
complaint lodged by the defacto-complainant. But as a matter of fact,
the petitioner herein never committed any offence as alleged by the
police.

4. Brief facts of the case that on.7-1-2018 at 9:30 hours received a
complaint from Sri Pola Bal Reddy S/o Balvanth Reddy, aged 38 years,
occ:Agricutlure, R/o Manyagudem h/o Polkampaly village, Ibrahimpatan
Mandal, R.R.District, in which he stated that, on. 23-12-2017 at 2100
hours his father Pola Balvanth Reddy S/o Late Chandra Reddy, aged 70
years, occ;Agril, while parking the Motor Cycle at Parking place in-front
of his house at manyagudem H/o Polkampally village which is height
about feats, but accidentally fell down on the ground, caused injuries.
Immediately he was shifted to kamineni Hospital, LB Nagar for
treatment. While undergoing treatment on.07-01-2018 at about 0530
hrs his father Balvanth Reddy was died at Kamineni Hospital LB Nagar.
Further he stated that no suspicion about the death of his father. As
such the complainant requested to take necessary action as per law.
Thereafter while the investigation is in progress to collect the post
martem report from the LW-13. On.11-9-2018 collected the PME report
in respect of the deceased, Dr Jayanth AEV, Causality medical officer,
Govt Civil Hospital Ibrahimpatan opined that the cause of death due to
“fracture of 4th, 5th and 6th ribs and fracture of mid sterna bone and
fracture of right forearm bones leading to cardio pulmonary arrest”. As
per the Medical report the case of death due to not occurred
accidentally. Hence the section of law was altered to 302 IPC from 174
CrPC.

5. The Petitioner/accused herein was arrested by the police and the


police produced the petitioner/Accused before the Hon’ble IV
Metropolitan Magistrate, Rachakonda, at.Ibrahimpatnam and in turn the
petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on.04-10-2018. But as a
matter of fact, the petitioner/accused herein never committed any
offence as alleged by the police.

6. That the Respondent police falsely implicated the petitioner/accused


herein in the above case and as a matter of fact, the petitioner/Accused
herein is no way concerned nor connected with the alleged offence.

7. That the Respondent police completed the entire investigation by


examining all the material witnesses and as such the question of
absconding or evading the trial by the petitioners does not arise.

8. That the petitioner/accused herein are the permanent resident of the


above address and having fixed assets and that further the petitioner
herein ready to furnish sufficient sureties to the satisfaction of this
Hon’ble court.

9. That the petitioner/accused herein further ready to abide whatever


conditions that will be imposed by this Hon’ble court while enlarging him
on bail.

10. That the petitioner/accused has not preferred similar bail petition in
any other court and also Hon’ble high court and also there is no any bail
petition pending before Hon’ble court and other courts.

Therefore, it is, prayed that this Hon’ble Court May kindly be


pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail, pending disposal of
Crime No.10/2018 of P.S. Ibrahimpatan, on such condition or conditions
as this Hon’ble court may deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice.

4. Brief facts of the case that on.7-8-2018 at 10:00 hours received a
Telugu written complaint from Smt. Panthangi Jayamma @ Jangamma
W/o Jangaiah, aged 33 years, occ:Agril, R/o Kudabakshpally village,
Marriguda Mandal, Nalgonda District. In which she stated that they have
land an extent of Ac 01-30 gts in Sy.No.42 of Srimanthulaguda H/o
Loyapally village of Manchal Mandal. On.06-08-2018 at 18;00 hours her
husband Sri. Panthangi Jangaiah S/o Sathaiah , aged 35 years, occ:Agril,
engaged a “Bore well drilling truck” to dig bore well into his agriclultural
land meantime said Bore well drilling truck got cuts the electrical service
wire of Ramavath Lachya S/o Amrya, aged 36 years, occ:Agril, R/o
Venkepally thanda H/o Kudabakshpally village, Marriguda Mandal,
Nalgonda District at the time of crossing the land of panthangi Anjaiah,
then her husband informed the same to Ramavath Lachya That he repair
in the early morning. On.7-08-2018 at 7:00 hours while her husband
went to Panthangi Anjaiah’s agricultural land to repair said service wire
meantime Ramavath Lachya abused him in filthy language, then he
asked that why he abusing him then said Ramavath Lachya beat by
thrown a stone due to which the complainant husband Panthangi
Jangaiah received injury on his neck. Immediately he was shifted near to
one RMP Doctor Sr.Bisksapathi at Kudabakshapally village where he
declared as he was died. Thus the complainant requested for necessary
action.

5. The Petitioner/accused herein was arrested by the police and the


police produced the petitioner/Accused before the Hon’ble XXII
Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at.Ibrahimpatnam and in turn the
petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on.09-08-2018. But as a
matter of fact, the petitioner/accused herein never committed any
offence as alleged by the police.

6. That the Respondent police falsely implicated the petitioner/accused


herein in the above case and as a matter of fact, the petitioner/Accused
herein is no way concerned nor connected with the alleged offence.

7. That the Respondent police completed the entire investigation by

R.R.District, at.L.B.Nagar has dismissed IIIrd bail petition
on.05-10-2018 vide Crl.M.P.No.4293 of 2018 in Crime
No.185/2018, and this is the IV th bail petition.

Therefore, it is, prayed that this Hon’ble Court May


kindly be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused on bail, pending
disposal of Crime No.185/2018 of P.S. Manchal, on such condition or
conditions as this Hon’ble court may deems fit and proper, in the interest
of justice.
