Interpretation

The eldest staff nurses in Ordinal Status are more commonly around the ages of 30 to
39, composed primarily of females, and are normally single. Their income range at the
value of less than Php 10,000 and are normally Catholic. Most of the employed staff
nurses of this category have around 3 years of service.

In contrast, the youngest staff nurses in Ordinal Status are also around the ages of 30
to 39, having a somewhat fair distribution of genders, with females inching out over their
counterpart, if only slightly. Majority of them are single people, and much like their
counterpart, also have below Php10,000. They are also predominantly Catholic and
have around 3 years of service.

4. Is there a significant difference on the caring behavior of eldest and youngest?

Ho = No Significance between eldest and youngest regarding of caring behavior.


Ha = There are difference between eldest and youngest regarding of caring behavior.
Interpretation
Since P-value of Equality of variances was .375, the t-value used for t-test is the Equal
variances assumed .813. There are no significance between eldest and youngest
regarding of caring behavior, since the P-value of t-test was .418. Therefore, Ho was
accepted.
