PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project aims to create a communication plan by proposing a campaign using brochures, Facebook hype (updating
and increasing page activities) and creating linkages to sponsors to help the foundation sustain the existence of the home
for the indigent aged.

GOAL
Make Kiwanis for the Indigent Aged, Inc. a sustainable organization.

OBJECTIVES
1. Invite individuals and other groups to visit Kiwanis for the Indigent Aged, Inc. and make donations.
2. Increase the funding of the organization to provide for the needs of the elderly and to be able to accept additional
clients to be housed in the home.

STRATEGIES
1. Create awareness to the public about Kiwanis Foundation for the Indigent Aged Inc.
2. Improve communication materials to be used for information dissemination as to how people can be of help

TACTICS
1. Create a more ideal Facebook Page
2. Produce brochures/ posters to persuade individuals to visit or give donations.
