CONCLUSION

1. How new technologies protection and negotiation can hamper or promote

development and poverty eradication in undeveloped countries?

Scientific and technological advances always help to fight against the lack of
progress, since, in the last analysis, they are almost always developments of the human being
oriented to improve their way of life, scientific, technological divulgation and orientation to
the digital age, identify the Current and future developments where they can contribute to the
achievement of these objectives. For this, measures are being taken to create solutions or
tools that help institutions, governments and even private companies to locate themselves
where there is poverty and to what extent it is the same. The development and fight against
poverty, a plan of action and a new international consensus are aimed at millions of people
living in extreme poverty. Economic growth is not a guarantee of poverty reduction, but
rather to sustain its reduction of poverty. The long term is to generate employment
opportunities and livelihoods. The difficulties of access to water, energy, health or education.
It is the magnitude and gravity of this situation that should also be verified as a "transference"
of poverty between generations. If economic growth is accompanied by a solid creation of
social and environmental value, it is capable of integrating the human and sustainable
development of societies as a whole and reducing current imbalances.

Due to this we must know that there is a system of patents and / or intellectual property that
for some time has given a potential economic benefit for the owner of an innovative idea,
however this also allows the disclosure of information about the latest technology developed
in various fields, with a beneficial purpose for the innovator because its project is announced
but it is also being said that this type of development is already being executed by someone
somewhere in the world.

Innovation has a very high social component, due to the fact that the main effect that it seeks
to address with it are the real or created needs of a particular society, that is why the decision
is made to promote and protect the new inventions for various reasons, one of them is to
focus on the progress and well-being of humanity because, depending on their ability to
create and invent new works in the spheres of technology and culture, humanity has
historically presented the great evolutionary leaps that took us to inhabit the caves a few
thousand years ago to make space travel today.

2. Is it important to understand rights protection to carry out a technology

negotiation?

It is very important to understand how and what are the rights that allow you to protect
your technological negotiation because it avoids frauds, wrongdoing or damages that may
affect and generate a harmful or unfruitful negotiation, which in the future will generate
permanent damage to the product, when we know how to protect ourselves and where we are
going, we are not only protecting our business but also our future product, guaranteeing its
adequate permanence and production in the correct way within the technology market.
The preparation of negotiations on technological licenses begins with a series of
questions that must be raised by the parties. The starting points that are exposed at the
beginning of the negotiation and that constitute an ideal or forceful position. Confront the
negotiation by putting something on your part and then distribute the results.

Knowing the intellectual property right that protects that knowledge and respecting
it, is the only way you can enjoy the advantages granted by the patent system or the protection
of industrial secrets.

3. How easy is to value new technologies in order to stablish its price at the moment
of a negotiation?

Each negotiation is different and requires a specific approach. You cannot try to
always use the same negotiation scheme, because there are not two equal customers and each
of them requires a certain treatment.

The proposal is presented where the parties analyze the possible relationship and
the main commercial conditions by identifying the main issues priorities are set, and the
issues that are likely to be important. The ambitious goals to protect credibility. This is related
to the previous guideline and reflects that it is possible to accept a lower goal, but that the
opposite (raising the goal) is usually impossible. A rule that should govern any negotiation
and that greatly facilitates reaching an agreement is respect for the other party. The
negotiation strategy defines the way in which each party tries to lead the negotiation in order
to achieve its objectives.

4. How the five cases studied along the course helps to eradicate poverty?
Among the many aspects worldwide, we generate the idea of technology as a central
point to eradicate poverty, but the concept of innovation is the great technological advances,
global companies and developed countries, elements that translate into immediate benefits
for social classes with greater purchasing power and, consequently, in the increase of the gap
between this sector and groups living in circumstances of extreme poverty.

Technological advances allow progress, in some cases they allow eradicating some
type of poverty. Facing the effects of climate change, touchable Earth that exacerbates
scarcity Obtaining water or water resources, food insecurity and rural and urban poverty, the
search for technological options to capture water, 3-D printers, recycled plastic bricks, the
shoe that grows. From any source it is necessary to take advantage of the different
opportunities presented to improve productivity through the modernization of existing
systems, the validation, expansion and fusion of water collection means.

5. How the studied contents of valuation and negotiation prepares an industrial

engineer to solve real problems?

Industrial engineer makes decisions derived from the new managerial role in the
face of environmental challenges and diverse orientations for the perception of problems, the
choice of alternatives and optimization of results and their importance grows due to their
effective contribution to business efficiency and productivity. Takes to new levels of
competitiveness of the industrial sectors to maximum production, which establishes the
highest productivity of work with the focus of improvement and quality, material processes,
information and decision-making, by integrating the chain of supply, so that the correct
decisions are executed correctly. Structure the levels of problem solving and align the added
value through the improvement and technological renovation and the innovation of products
and processes. Guiding the work teams motivating to obtain organizational achievements
concordant with their personal goals.
