Why Thailand should allow homosexual marriage

In the present, our society has a lot of issues that make people debate to each other. One
of them is homosexual marriage in Thailand which have been argued until now. And there is
not has the law about this yet, but some people still not agree with this. In my opinion, I
agree that Thailand should allow homosexual marriage because homosexual couples, they
also are human like us and gender equality.
In Thailand, homosexual people or couples are normally seen in public. Because now,
Thai society has been more open wide but also it’s not that widely open. Some hidebound
people, most of them which are old generation people or some people that have not
accepted to this yet. In an article by ​Thailand’s Parliament Could Be Voting On A Same-Sex
Marriage Bill Soon said that​ the homosexual also want to get married like ordinary couples
because of this wants some people still cannot accept this. But they still can have marriage
ceremony in Thailand which has no effect on law. Homosexual people, they want to register
the marriage certificate but hasn’t been permitted by law yet. Homosexual marriage
certificate can register in country that allow them to register, for example, they married in
Thailand, but when they will register in America. And also they are human like us, so they
also need to have life and gender equality even they are woman or man. Because of some
hidebound people when they behave with homosexual which they are treated a little bit
cruel. They always think in negative ways that homosexual people are not suitable to be like
this and in Thailand the word that they usually tell them are waste their lives and make their
ancestor ashamed. But they haven’t thought that we cannot choose to born in which gender
so I think they just need to change the attitude toward homosexual people.
Main problem which affect homosexual people is ,they cannot have child for their parents
that they want heir to continuing for their family or family business. And also because of the
culture which has been sent to generation to generation for long times. According to Jason
Jelison (2018). report that this problem can be solve by letting homosexual couple adopt the
child which is an orphan.
 In conclusion, homosexual people, they start to reveal themselves in public. And also
they want to have marriage like ordinary couple, but in Thailand, marriage certificate hasn’t
had this law yet for letting them register the marriage certificate. And now homosexual
couple can have marriage ceremony but still not too officially. And also still have some old
generation, they don’t like homosexual people because they cannot have a child for
inheriting family. So I strongly agree that Thailand should be legal because we are all human
should have gender and life equality.
