The product includes two types: ready-made (ready to wear) clothing and design clothing.
Ready to wear has good price for the women who like following hot trend.
Personal design has more expensive price for the women who like variance
style.Fashional trend change follow seasons, so we must update information
frequently. And product can compete with other competitor, design clothing is
strong point. Beside that, the quality is good and fit the price.

and boss is also an accountant at shop.

“Customer is king”– this is an important sentence to businessman. They have many choice
in shopping, so we must know thought of customer and what they need, for example:

To the product becomes more attractive, Omi will tries to make new and lạ designs and suit
with trend. Moreover, Omi will update lookbook and short video with pretty model in
every month. In addition, clothing will be mix with accessories by the enthusiasm
assistants.Actually, they will not make Omi’s customers disapointed.
In the left picture, logo of Omi shop was shown with green words and white foundation.
And under shop name is a statement “ be yourself, be your style” that means in Eastern
women’s soul , they always afraid with people’s eyes, do not dare to do follow their hobbies.
So, Omi hope that statement can help them feel more confident with every look, follow
what they wanna and like doing.
In the right picture, that is pretty paper bag printed Omi’s logo. Although it use to contain
product, but you can use it to contain gift for birthday party or other holiday.

Place strategy
Because Dalat center is a dense place that has many tourist, so Omi intend rent a stall in the
future. And to attract more customer, the good place that clothing bussiness can attract the
look of customer is internet ( facebook, instagram) and Omi also take part in shopping
pages on face book such as “Dalat market”page or “student of Dalat University”page.
Price strategy
Usually, the price of shops have not difference. The quality of product is the first goals of
Omi shop, the price is suitable with the material of clothing and below is the price level for
Omi’s products.

Promotion strategy
Beside advertising product, Omi also has the promotions for customer.
- Not ship fee with the bill that over 500.000 vnd.
- On holiday, discount 10% and add a little gift with the bill that over 500.000 vnd.
- A VIP card (the bill was discounted 5%) for customer who has the bill over
2.000.000vnd
