Job Description:
To manage full cycle recruiting process for Niche/Catalog skills ensuring a smooth and
positive candidate experience at senior management Level (Manager to CXO Level).
Mapping, identifying, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates using telephonic
interactions as per the requirements of the assignment.
Headhunting and mapping candidates through cold calls and plotting organizational
structures for all major competitors.
To build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and
delivering on time.
To source relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals,
Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing.
To screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
To manage appropriate Source Mix and maintain minimum cycle time for each closure.
To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with
Hiring managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
To interpret & negotiate competitive compensation mapping the internal capability for
offer.
Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM
system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
To collaborate with internal teams for a smooth on boarding & ensure great experiences
to the new hires.
To support in Business Development activities like lead generation and cold calling.
