1. What effect would the Success Factor’s Rules of Engagement have on


employee attitudes?

We have seen nowadays in the organizations the variety of benefits in creating a strong
employee engagement where it promotes good camaraderie and socialization to the
environment at the workplace. Aside from that, it creates effectiveness and efficiency of
the quality of work of the employees. Thus, it stimulates positive impact to the
organization where we can expect job satisfaction, job involvement and good
organizational behavior.

2. Do you think that the company’s strong values and Rules of Engagement have
on employee attitudes?

In developing more engagement towards employees, we really need Values first.


Definitely, If the company have strong values it will automatically leads in guiding the
employees into the right path of direction because when the organization put the values
into action definitely it will encourage others to share with the same values. Just simply
putting that value into practice within the company will create good business decisions.
Working through the values exercise teamwork that will stimulate also in identifying
individual values towards members of the company.

3. How can Success Factors screen job applications to find those who best fit its
values?

Employees working in the organization must be in the right job fit so that for the
employee to achieved its level of satisfaction and content and for the organization
attains its vision and mission of the company. Through using the success determinant
factors, we can easily determine applicants who can best fit in the values of the
company by checking the profile of the applicant such as its work experiences,
background in life, outlook in life, through behavioral interview, its seminar and trainings
attended. All details gathered through in profile assessment and evaluation will tell that
an employee is good to hire match with values qualifications.
4. What else can the company do to reinforce its values with its employees?

The company should create an environment full of trust, having equal treatment, to pay fairly
and having asset of values that are known and lived throughout the organization. These sets of
strategies will drive more engagement by also recognizing employee’s achievements and
potential, removing difficulties in achieving goals, motivates them and help the employees
develop oneself filling them with a sense of purpose.
