Dose Adult : For hepatic encephalopathy :
Conventional dosing Adult 4_12g daily in four
3-5 mg/kg/day intravenously/intramuscularly divided dose.

Dose Eye Infection Moderate-Severe Infections


Mild/moderate 1-2 g/day IM divided q6-12hr;
