Hi Ashwin,
Attached is a copy of the roof plan as requested. The lowered roof is as discussed with
beams under and rafters
@45 degrees to suit. The lower roof around the garage has a couple of valley and hip lines
so there are no internal gutters.
Need to confirm this layout for manufacture, the beams under the end of the roof, bearing
in mind there will be point loads in the frames which will require confirmation they are
supported under and then I can finish the top floor frames and trusses
