Author’s Introduction

The following exercises are intended for you to take a deep

look into yourself and figure out your true beliefs. You
will have to answer some hard questions so that you may
move forward in spiritual growth. If you are lucky you will
feel more connected to God after finishing these exercises.
If not don’t despair spiritual growth is hard and it takes a
lot of effort. We are all plagued by doubts and fears these
all play a part in hindering spiritual growth. The most
important thing is that you take the all important first step
by doing these exercises. I do not promise you will find
enlightenment or have an epiphany after completing them,
if you do though that is wonderful! So my friends let us
take the first step in our journey ……

Remember these questions are meant to be hard and there
are no wrong or right answers. Please think carefully
before you answer them and above all be honest even if it
hurts. You may need help from a trusted friend or loved one
to answer some of them that require you to figure out how
other people see you. Self realization is the first step to
