Additional Comments: Please submit papers in Word format, so that I don’t have to
convert them from PDF to Word in order to give feedback directly on the document
(PDF is a messy format). Otherwise, you did a great job of compiling articles to support
your opinions. This was the best literature review I have read as yet (got a couple more
to go). Dr. Zipple
