EpaCAD COPYRIGHT NOTICES

This document grants you (an individual or entity) the use of this software and its
related information in printed or electronic form, which may include online or electronic
documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise making use of EpaCAD you accept
and are bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree with the terms of this
license, do not install, copy or use this software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH THE DEFECTS THAT MAY
INCLUDE, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR HOLDERS INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CLAIM, OR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL

USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

1. GRANT OF USE

This document guarantees the following non-exclusive rights:

* Software.
You can install and use EpaCAD in your computers.

* Distribution Requirements.
You can copy and redistribute EpaCAD as described above, provided that
(a) is made without any charge or fee. This includes charges or fees for the connection.
(b) the original files of EpaCAD will remain unchanged and unaffected
(c) you do not use the names, logos or trademarks of the Universidad Politécnica de
Valencia and the Instituto Tecnológico del Agua unless expressly authorized by another
written agreement and
(d) include a notice of reservation of rights valid in its application.

2. COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights on EpaCAD (including, without limitation, images,

photographs, animated figures, video, audio, music, text or subprogramme incorporated
in EpaCAD), and accompanying printed materials are owned by Intituto Tecnológico
del Agua of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. You may not copy the printed
materials, if any, which accompany this product.

3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

* Prohibition of reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly.

Reverse-engineer, decompilation or disassembly of EpaCAD or any of its components
is not allowed, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
* Rental.
The sale, rental, leasing or lending of EpaCAD is not allowed in any case.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF SELECTION BY THE USER

The user is responsible for selecting the software leading to the obtention of the desired
results, as well as for its installation and performance. In this sense, ITA-UPV does not
guarantee that the software will meet the user needs.

5. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

ITA-UPV disclaims any warranty for EpaCAD to the extent permitted by applicable
law. This software and any accompnaying documentation are provided as such without
warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risk
arising from the use or operation of this software product.

6. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

Under no circumstances can ITA-UPV be held liable for any damages (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of profits, leaving activity, loss of business
information or other pecuniary loss) arising as a result of the use of the software or the
inability to use it, even if ITA-UPV has been warned of the possibility of such damages,
to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. OTHER TRADEMARKS

Autocad and EPANET are registered trademarks of their respective owners and their use
is conditioned by the corresponding license contracts. Neither Instituto Tecnológico del
Agua nor Universidad Politécnica de Valencia are in any way affiliated with these
trademarks.
