C. Detailed Engineering
Mechanical:

1. Detailed design of fabricated equipment (TSHSD, Bead Mills, Mixers, Pug Mill, Day Tanks
2. Preparation of detailed specification and data sheets and order for:
 DM Plants Blowers and Transfer Pumps & Motors
 Raw water Pumps
 Water Softener
 Cooling Towers
 Air Compressor
3. Instrument data sheets & equipment data sheets.
4. Preparation of piping drawings and material list for piping, valves, pipe fittings including
specification.(Piping Schedule)
5. Order & procurement for 2,3 and 4.

7. Installation of Utility equipment, Machinery, Piping Cables etc.,

D. Electrical Engineering

1. Preparation of single line diagrams, specifications for transformer, OCB, CTPT etc, sizing and
specifications of power and motor control centre.
 Utility equipment sizing (Power, Water, Air and Effluent disposal)
 Circuit breaker
 DG set
 PCC and MCC
2. Design and drawing preparation for HT sub-station.
3. Preparation of earthing, power & lighting layouts.

1. Selection and preparation of specifications for local and control instruments.(Flow meter, UV lamp
