Professional Experience
• Currently working as “Well Test Operator” in “Techno Canada India” for client Halliburton India as
service for Cairn India Limited Barmer , Rajasthan, from 5 December 2016 to till date.
• Worked as Well Testing Operator in Schlumberger Asia Pvt. Ltd. as consultant through Seatek India
Limited for service of Cairn India Limited 3 October 2014 to 29 November 2016 at Barmer , Rajasthan
, India.
• Worked as “Well Pad Operator” in “ Cairn India Limited” through Aarvi Encon Pvt. Ltd. from 12 June
2013 to 28 september 2014 at Barmer , Rajasthan , India.

Work Experience in Well Testing

• Loading, mobilization, spotting, rig-up and rig-down of all SWT equipments as per standard procedures
and scope of the work.
• Handling SWT equipment such as flow head, SSV, choke manifold, Indirect bath heater, 3 phase separator,
knock out drum, surge tank, storage Tank, gauge tank, transfer pump, strainer, burner and ignition system.
• Working with transfer pumps, DG, electric control panel and air compressor and earthing connections to
SWT equipment.
• Installation and handling of SMS using sacrificial choke manifold, sand filter, sand trap & thunder box.
 • Calibration, function test, & maintenance of SWT equipment.
• Monitoring and taking regular readings of well head parameters, separator parameters and calculation of
liquid flow rates from surge tank as well as storage tank.
• Measurement of well fluid parameters such as pH, salinity, BS&W, oil and gas SG, liquid viscosity, oil
cloud and pour point, water turbidity, oil shrinkage factor, H2S and CO2 composition in gas using lab
equipments.
• Transferring liquid through centrifugal, screw, wilden and multi phase pumps.
• Transferring recovered oil to production header and tanker loading.
• Calibration check for barton chart recorder, pressure gauges and Hi-Lo Pilot using dead weight tester and
manometer.
• Function test for ESD system, Hi-Lo pilot, chemical injection pump, liquid level controller and pressure
controller, IWBH, High-Low level alarm and ignition system.
• Pressure testing SWT flow lines as per SOP and nature of job.
• Rig-up and pressure test of power fluid lines from annulus future tapping.
• Handling surface well testing operations such as EPF, Frac flow back, SRP assisted flow back, Choke
Bean Study, Perforation flow back, Sand Clean out, Tubing Pickling, Acid Bullheading and Stimulation
flow back with JP, ESP, PCP and N2 assisted.
• Cooperation with HSE, working as per PTW and SOP and responding to emergency situations.

Work Experience at Well Pad Operator

 Daily inspections at each well head including recording flow rates, pressures and temperature data,
checking fluid levels, the electrical generator, safety valves and produce daily reports from the data
collected. Report any maintenance requirements.
 Managing work permits as Area engineer, and ensure all precautions are taken for maintenance
activities.
 Collecting crude oil Samples and Pass the Samples to the Laboratory for BS & W Analysis.
 Report abnormalities and take corrective measures according to instruction from the control room and
Handling of Emergency shut down and startups with minimum loss of Yield.
 Prepares the wellhead and surface pipelines for maintenance as per the established procedures when
required, accompanies the Instrument/Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to explain defects/defaults
ensuring safe preparation of equipment for routine planned maintenance, and test such repaired
equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
 Informs Supervisor for the replenishment of stores stock items/chemicals necessary for operating the
wellhead tower and sub-sea pipelines, checks consignments and endorses loading/delivery notes.
 Ensures that all activities are carried out with due regard to the company’s safety regulations and good
housekeeping practices.
 Operates and maintain chemical injection (De-emulsifier, Corrosion inhibitor, Scale inhibitor, Biocide,
H2S Scavenger, THPS) on time, collect and record the details of consumption and stock.
 Assists in preparation, work and follow-up of maintenance activity on well head including Christmas
tree maintenance. Participates in commissioning and shutdown procedures.
 Participate, under instructions, in launching pigs into pipelines; prepare pig receiver stations, retrieve the
pig and check it for damage under the guidance of senior supervisor.
  Observing all safety, fire and security rules and regulations, including the use of protective clothing and
equipment and ensures that all personnel working in his area comply with safety procedures. Ensures
the maintenance of assigned area in clean and tidy conditions.
