First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Universal and almighty Allah, Who enables me to
accomplish the Internship Report successfully with in a dedicated time farm.

I have the immense pleasure and satisfaction to write a few words on the eve of submitting the report
on Internship Report that I have been assigned by my supervision Dr. Md. Abdul Hakim,
Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Royal University of Dhaka.

It would be unwise on the part of me if I don’t acknowledge the superb support of all the
officers, especially of all the officers, especially those with whom I worked. In this
connection I must name Md. Nasir Uddin. Manager obviously friendly manager Airin Akter
Credit in-charge.

I must mention the excellent working environment and the positive group behavior of this
bank, which helped me tremendously, observe the banking activities, work with staffs and
stay long for three months without hesitation.

However. To my best, I tried very hard and worked sincerely on this report to make an
informative one. At least my sincere apology goes to the readers for my conceptual and
printing mistakes, if there is any.
