Justification: The team member lack of the discipline because the team member more
focus more on their daily operation support rather than the tasks being assigned by the
Project Manager or their respective Team Leader. The team member needs to learn that
promotes self-control, dedication and orderly conduct. The daily operation support and
the tasks given by the Project Manager are important. It will help the organization
growth. The team member also needs to remember the ground rules of the organization
and need to do the task given by the project manager.

Justification: Poor and unclear organizational structure will difficult to manage the team
member for assigning the tasks. The team member will also meet many problems during
assign the tasks given by the project manager. The problems are led to
miscommunication because the team member might not be sure what needs information
or where to send important messages. The solution of the Issue is the organization need to
provide an organizational chart and the position description clearly. The team member
and human resource need to have a meeting to discuss about the organization chart and
position description.

3. Issues 14

Justification: The project manager always overridden the task by the department head or
managers. The department submit the work to the project manager and the project
manager always reject the work although redo the work more two times. The solution of
the issue is project manager need to ground rules. The project manager needs to manage
the team probably and the project will proceed successfully. Human resource
management need to solve about the conflict management between the project manager
and department head or manager.

4. Issues 15

Justification: The technical skill of the developer team is weak. This will affect the
security areas and the network. The developer team lack of the knowledge to solve the
problem. This will affect the company operations. The solution of the issue is human
resource management need to provide a training to the developer team for the security
areas and the network.
