EXAMINATION GUIDELINES
Please note that the examination fee is not included in the course fee.


We accept payment only with Demand Draft drawn in favour of „MAX MUELLER BHAVAN“. Misspelt/

overwritten/hand corrected demand draft will not be accepted.

At the time of payment of the examination fee an ID proof bearing date & place of birth i. e. either a copy of


Passport or 10th certificate along with 2 latest passport size photographs must be submitted by the candidate.

(Pan Card/ Driving License or Aadhaar Card will not be accepted).

No requests for the change in the examination timing will be accepted, once the examination fee has been deposited.


No examination fee will be accepted after the given date & time.


The candidate shall report 15 minutes prior to the examination time in the class room allotted for the same.


Mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets are prohibited in the examination hall.


The candidate must carry the examination receipt and their Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan ID Card at the


time of the written & oral examination as well as at the time of collecting the certificate.

The candidate upon request in writing may view his/her examination paper in the presence of an examination


official. For further details please send an email to languagecourses@delhi.goethe.org.

Certificates can be collected between Monday to Friday from the reception on and after the date of distribution


(within 2 months)

FOR OUTSTATION CANDIDATES


The demand drafts (drawn in favor of MAX MUELLER BHAVAN) along with a copy of the above

mentioned ID proof must be sent to the Language Department at our postal address latest

by the date of payment given in the table below.


Registrations via post will only be accepted from candidates outside Delhi.


Please write your full name, level of examination, date of birth and mobile number on the reverse

of the draft and on the copy of ID proof.

In 2019 we will be offering the A1 and the B1 examinations on every weekend.

A1 will be held on Saturdays in the morning between 8 am -12 pm.

B1 consists of 4 modules and each module will be offered separately:

Lesen and Hören will be offered on Saturdays from 4-6.30 pm.
Schreiben and Sprechen will be offered on Sundays from 8 am-12 pm.

The online registration for the same will be on quarterly basis:

When you register online for the examination you may choose the month.
However the allotment of dates and the month would be on first come first served basis.
