Programmes – I & II Doctoral Committee meetings - Reg.

With reference to the above cited subject, I am herewith informing you that
the I & II Doctoral Committee meetings to all eligible research scholars in different
subjects are scheduled to be held in the 3rd or 4th week of January 2019.
The exact dates of Doctoral Committee meetings will be notified in the
University website after getting the confirmation from the external subject experts. In
this connection all the eligible research scholars are instructed to adhere the
following:
1. Payment of research fee should be made up to date including academic year
2018- 19 on or before 05.01.2019 through Dzpay online (Available at
www.ruk.ac.in). (Research fee: Part Time – Rs. 15,000/- per year &
Extramural – Rs. 20,000/-per year)
2. Letter of request from the candidate for attending I or II Doctoral Committee
meeting should reach the undersigned before 4.00PM on 05.01.2019.
3. Candidates who cleared Pre-Ph.D written examination or Exempted from the
same are eligible for attending to Ist DCM along with a copy of the synopsis
of the research work.
4. In case of the research scholar attending for IInd DCM, the candidate has to
submit a certificate issued by research supervisor endorsing the fulfillment of
all suggestions / modifications (if any) made in the Ist Doctoral Committee.
i. Draft copy of the Thesis including all results and up to date literature
survey of the research work.
ii. Minimum of 2 research publications in referred National / International
journals with ISSN / ISBN numbers published as a research scholar of
Rayalaseema University, Kurnool.
