Narrative Entry

Blotter Entry #1306 / 12-7-2018 / 2:00AM - One concerned male citizen personally
came to this station and reported that a certain “OSIO” of Sitio Laray, Brgy. Inaywan,
Cebu City is engaged in peddling “Shabu” despite of intensified campaign against
illegal drug operation.

A/Taken: Informed the Chief of Police PCI REGINO CUALES MARAMAG JR.

Blotter Entry #1307 / 12-7-2018 / 2:00AM - PCI MARAMAG instructed PO2 Jason Statham,
Station 7 DEU personnel to conduct verification/ validation of the said report together
with the male concerned citizen.

Blotter Entry #1308 / 12-7-2018 / 3:20AM – PO2 Jason Statham together with the
concerned male citizen returned station with the positive result that a certain “OSIO”
is engaged in illegal drug trade and immediately informed the Chief of Police and
decided to conduct buy-bust operation against the subject and instructed PO2 Jason
Sebial to coordinate to PDEA 7.

Blotter Entry #1309 / 12-7-2018 / 3:35AM- PO2 James Reid coordinated to PDEA7
thru text message and received by IO1 Don Medalla with coordination nos. 20002-
122018-0219H, and eith pre-ops reference nos. CCPO-2018-12-229.

Blotter Entry #1310 / 12-7-2018 / 3:30AM- PCI BALAWAG, Chief of Police conducted
a short briefing and designated PO2 Jason Statham as a poseur buyer (PB)
supplied with one thousand peso bill on top of the boodle money, with pre-arranged
signal by holding the hands of the subject, while the rest of the team served as
back-up.

Blotter Entry #1311 / 12-7-2018 / 3:40AM - Station 7 DEU personnel led by PCI
ZOSIMO BALAWAG proceeded to Sitio Laray, Brgy. Inayawan, Cebu City to
conduct buy-bust operation.

Remarks: On or about 5:45AM Dec. 7, 2018 Station 7 DEU personnel led by

PCI ZOSIMO BALAWAG. Returned station with arrested person of buy-
bust.

ARRESTED PERSON FOR VIOLATION OF SEC. 5 OF ART 2, RA 9165

In relation to blotter entry nos. 1306,1307,1308,1309,1310 and 1311 arresting officers team led
by PCI ZOSIMO BALAWAG And PO2 Jason Statham posted as poseur buyer endorsed the arrested
suspects namely:

1) AMBROSIO “OSIO” DELA CRUZ, 37 years old, married and resident of 11 H Barangay Ermita,
Cebu City (subject of buy bust)

Evidence confiscated:

1. One (1) plastic pack (object of buy-bust) white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu”

2. One thousand peso bill marked money on top of the boodle money.

Estimated weight: 6.94 grams

DBP Value: Php 47,600.00

PO2 Jason Statham posted as poseur buyer and was able to buy one plastic pack of shabu using
one thousand peso bill marked money on top of the boodle money from the suspect. Said suspect was
reported thru “Itug-an Ni CD” With regard to their involvement in illegal drug trade. PDEA coordination
no. 20002-122018-0219h pre-ops reference no. Ccpo-2018 12-229.
