NARRATIVE REPORT ON SCHOOL LAC SESSION

ON THE CLASSROOM-BASED ACTION RESEARCH

Last October 26, 2018, cognizant to the Department’s policy

development process, research agenda and policy and program development
and implementation a SLAC session on research was scheduled at Matias B.
Salvador Memorial Elementary School.

The objectives of the said training are the following:

1.1 Provide teachers with a concrete understanding in developing a

classroom-based action research;
1.2 Equip them with necessary skills and positive attitude in the initial
crafting of action research;
1.3 Prepare a sample/ proposed title of an action research in all
learning areas.

After the day training, participants are expected to have:

A. Enhanced pedagogical knowledge, skills and attitudes on making an

action research
B. Improved the research
C. Sustained commitment in mentoring, sharing of teaching experiences
