I had a visit to our ABH laboratory last week as per the direction from Dr Anil for an internal audit

to find
out the shortcomings in documentation and procedures performed there. I had a detailed investigation
of validation, EQC and blood banking for which I submitted my summary of Status or concerns along
with the possible corrective actions. From my understanding, there are a lot of voids to be corrected at
the earliest so that we will be confident to face any kind of inspection from regulatory bodies. In order
to streamline the processes and procedures with proper documentation, a supervisory role is extremely
needed.

I would like to kindly consider assigning someone as Laboratory in charges for AHH and ABH as we have
done in AHM so that they can manage the routine functioning of laboratory, inventory management,
scheduling duty etc so that a supervisory role from my part is enough there also.
