1. Do you know of any other religions whose philosophy is based on respect for the life
and reachings of an individual? What religions are they?

The religions whose Philosophy is based on respect for the life and reachings of an individual are
the Christianity and Catholicism.

2. Do you know of other religions of an individual that suffered from government


persecution in the last century?

The religion of an individual thet suffered from government persecution in the last century is
the Judaism.

3. Why do you think some Westerners are attracted to Eastern religions?

Some Westerners are attracted to Eastern religions because the religion conceives the supreme
as God, and the goal of most people who practice the Western tradition is to know God, obey
God and form a loving and vital relationship with God.

Dalai Lama says about his Attitude toward war, that a handful of shortsightes people have
always existed. But overall, their day is over because the public`s Attitude toward war and
violence has become much healthier than at any time in history.

The role of the Dalai Lama in the future is that remember us with as a Buddhist practitioner, he
has no interest in that. So long as he has alive, he time and his life must be utilized properly.
Then after his Death, he doesn`t care how people remember him.

He says about the future of the Earth, that, the world itself is nature. Their believes the whole
world will comes and dissapear, so eventually the world because desert and even the ocean
dries up. But the again,another new world is reborn.

Answer: The Dalai Lama would probably say no because he speaks out against war and
violence in paragraph 5 of the interview.

Answer: The Dalai Lama would probably say no, because we are humans and we beings
have a lor of curiosity in paragraph 21 of the interview.

3. Question: Should society invest a great deal of money in keeping very old and ill people
alive as long as possible?

Answer: The Dalai Lama would probably say no because some of the Lamas oh high
reincarnation are women in paragraph 13 of the interview.

4. Question: Should society be concerned about endangered species?

Answer: The Dalai Lama would probably say yes, becase we believe come and disappear,
so eventually the world becomes desert and even the ocean dries up in paragraph 24 of the
interview.
