AFFIDAVIT

I, AME B. YAYA-UN, a Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of

Brgy. San Isidro, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, after having been sworn to
in accordance with law, hereby, depose and say that:

1. I am the sister of ANNE Y. TAYLOR, of Barangay San Isidro, Tagbilaran

City, Bohol ;
2. That sometime on the second week of May 2018, my sister ANNE Y.
TAYLOR after our lunch approached me, that she will visit her farm at
Sambog, Corella, Bohol ;
3. That after our lunch at around 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon, she bid
farewell to me and went thereafter to the farm ;
4. At around 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon, I call her through her cellular
phone to ask something for the dinner, but she was out of reached, after
several calls, I decided to go to her farm. Upon reaching the farm, I saw
my helpless sister lying down near the well, bloody and unconscious.
5. I shouted for help, and a neighbor named Jun Tirador quickly heard my
voice. We move my sister’s body and went straight to the hospital;
6. The Doctor tending my sister in Provincial Hospital, approached us that
it would be better that she would go to Cebu for better medical treatment;
7. Despite our condition, due to the passing away of my sister’s husband, I
managed to travel my sister to Chong Hua Hospital for better medical
treatment;

I execute this affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the truth of the
foregoing.

AFFIDAVIT

I, JUN D. TIRADOR, a Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of

Sambog, Corella, Bohol, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby, depose and say that:

1. I am the neighbor of ANNE Y. TAYLOR owner of a farm at Sambog,

Corella, Bohol;
2. That sometime on the second week of May 2018 at around 3:00 o’clock
in afternoon, I was grazing my cows near the farm of ANNE Y.
TAYLOR, then I saw JUAN SISON rushing quickly out of the farm;
3. I never mind it since JUAN SISON was not new to me;
4. At around 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon while still in the area, I saw AME
B. YAYA-UN entering the farm, suddenly I heard a loud voice, calling
for help;
5. I quickly ran towards the farm and saw a woman lying down near the well
together with AME B. YAYA-UN, shouting for help and about to carry a
helpless body .
6. When I approached them, I confirmed and saw the body of ANNE Y.
TAYLOR who is the sister of AME B. YAYA-UN;
7. Without hesitation. I helped AME B. YAYA-UN carry the helpless body
to the Provincial Hospital in Tagbilaran City;

foregoing.
