AFFIDAVIT OF NOTICE TO ADJOINING LOT OWNERS

I, LYDIA A. ROXAS, of legal age, Filipino, married to Dioscorro Roxas and

resident of Brgy. New Agutaya, San Vicente, Palawan, Philippines, after being duly
sworn to in accordance with law, witnesseth and declare:

1. That I am the owner of Lot No. 1416 which has been subdivided into
several lots which is covered by OCT No. E-21953 of the Register of Deeds of
Palawan situated in Brgy. New Agutaya, San Vicente, Palawan which lots are more
particularly described as follows:

a. Lot 1416-B, PSD-4B-002920 containing an area of One Thousand Five

Hundred Eighty Five Square Meters (1,585 sq.m.);
b. Lot 1416-D, PSD-4b-002920 containing an area of Four Hundred
Twenty Six Square Meters (426 sq.m.);
c. Lot 1416-E, PSD-4B-002920 containing an area of Seven Thousand Five
Hundred Ninety Seven Square Meters (7,597 sq.m.);
d. Lot 1416-F, PSD-4B-002920 containing an area of One Thousand
Square Meters (1,000 sq.m.); and
e. Lot 1416-G, PSD-4B-002920 containing an are of One Thousand Two
Hundred Seventy Five Square Meters (1,275 sq.m.).

2. That I sold all the above-described lots to Mr. Victoriano A. Acosta by virtue of a
Deed of Absolute Sale executed on October 5, 2017;

3. That prior to the sale of the above-described lots, the adjoining lot owners were
notified of the sale of said lots by me or through my duly authorized representative;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
to comply with the requirements at Register of Deeds of Palawan.

1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land situated in Brgy. New Agutaya, San
Vicente, Palawan and covered by Original Certificate of Title (OCT) No. E-21953 issued
by the Register of Deeds of the Province of Palawan containing an area of Fourteen
Thousand Four Hundred Thirty (14,430) Square Meters, more or less;

2. That I sold a portion of the above-mentioned land known as Lot No. 1416-C-2,
Psd-4B ______, being a portion of Lot 1416-C, Psd-4B-002920, situated in Brgy. New
Agutaya, San Vicente, Palawan containing an area of Two hundred Forty Two (242)
Square Meters to Mr. Victoriano A. Acosta by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale executed
on October 5, 2017;

3. That prior to the sale of the above-described lots, the adjoining lot owners were
notified of the sale of said lots by me or through my duly authorized representative;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and
to comply with the requirements at Register of Deeds of Palawan.
