NOTES ABBREVIATIONS
This shawl is worked as a half circle from the K - knit
center of the top edge outward. P - purl
Yo - yarn over
The markers indicate the placement of the Kfb - knit into the front and the back of the
edge stitches. There are three edge stitches on stitch, one stitch increased
each side. The edge stitches are worked in Ssk - slip, slip, knit
garter stitch throughout. Slip the markers when K2tog - knit 2 stitches together
you get to them. Sl1 k2tog psso - Slip one stitch as if to knit,
knit two together, pass the slipped stitch over
